Today was a light day of polish, including:

  • adding a filtering effect to first entering the game
  • improving the overall mix
  • squashing some bugs

  • improving terrain generation
  • tweaking the difficulty of finding treasure

There are a couple of quality-of-life improvements that I’m hoping to add before the jam closes. These include mouse controls and compass rose cues. It’s pretty late for me to be adding more complexity, so their inclusion depends on time and stability.
